Danderyds sjukhus metro station

Danderyd sjukhus is an underground station of the Stockholm Metro. It lies below the same hospital in the town of Danderyd. The station is owned by the Röda linjen the Stockholm subway system operated. The location is close to the hospital and the location on the outskirts of a park -and- ride car park lead to strong frequenting the station. On a normal working day rise around 13,000 commuters here.

The station was taken on January 29, 1978 in operation, as the northernmost section of the Röda linjen was inaugurated between Universitetet and Mörby centrum. The platforms are located approximately 7 meters below ground. The station is located between the stations Bergshamra and Mörby centrum. Stockholm Central Station, there are about eight kilometers.
