Daniel Goossens

Daniel Goossens ( born May 16, 1954 in Paris ) is a French comic book artist.

Career

At age 16, Daniel Goossens has already published a drawing in Spirou. Regular publications began in 1971 in the Scout magazine Pionniers, followed by several short stories in Pilote. In 1977, he became a regular illustrator for the magazine founded by Gotlib fluids glacial. He has published in almost every issue a consequence of his absurd series. In parallel, he also worked for the magazine À SUIVRE, Marie -France, Psikopat and Rigolo. His short stories have been incurred for Rigolo published under the title Laisse le Vent Autant Emporter 1985 by Les Associés Humanoïdes. In German language published in 1982 an anthology popularly Verlag, individual stories were published in underground comix.

Awards

In 1997 he received the Grand Prix de la Ville d' Angoulême and the Prix de l' École supérieure de l'image at the International Comic Festival in Angoulême.
