Daniel Niculae
Daniel George Niculae ( born October 6, 1982 in Bucharest ) is a Romanian football player. Since summer 2013 he is without a club.
Club career
From the youth of Rapid Bucharest Coming, Niculae made it into the first team and has been with Rapid in Liga 1 season 2002/ 03 Romanian champions. In between, he had in 2001, some games for the farm team of Rapid, the second division Electromagnetica Bucharest completed. In summer 2006, he moved for allegedly 3.3 million euros in the French Ligue 1 for AJ Auxerre. After four years at Auxerre Niculae signed in summer 2010 with AS Monaco. With Monegasque he rose at the end of the 2010/11 season in the Ligue 2 from. He then went on loan for one year for AS Nancy. In summer 2012, Niculae joined the first Russian League to FC Kuban Krasnodar. A year later he left the club back to us since then without commitment.
National
Daniel Niculae made his debut on 20 August 2003 in the game against Ukraine in the Romanian national football team. Until his last deployment on 5 June 2012, he completed 39 matches in which he scored nine goals. Niculae scored the squad of Romania to the European Football Championship 2008.
