Daniel Vosmaer
Daniel Vosmaer ( baptized October 13, 1622 in Delft, † 1669 or 1670 in Brielle ) was a Dutch painter. A wider audience, he was known for his collaboration with Carel Fabritius.
Life
Daniel Vosmaer was born in 1622 as the son of a goldsmith arent Woutersz Vosmaer in Delft. On October 14, 1650 he registered himself as a painter in the St.Lukas guild.
One of his brothers was Nicolaes Vosmaer, another painter. Jacob Woutersz Vosmaer, who was known for his flower paintings, was his uncle and teacher.
