Danny Schenkel
Danny Schenkel ( born April 1, 1978 in Amsterdam) is a Dutch football player. The defender played in his career over 250 games in the Dutch professional football.
Career
Leg debuted in August 1999 for Telstar in the Eerste Divisie. He quickly established himself as a regular force and reached club from Velsen, who renamed in 2001 in Stormvogels Telstar, midfield places in the second division of the Netherlands.
2002 moved on to league rivals leg Sparta Rotterdam. Again, he was a regular right away and knew also to convince as scorer. In his first two years, he scored five goals this season and thus helped the club to promotion to the Eredivisie in 2005. After three years of excellence with the club, he moved again in 2008 the club.
End of May 2008 it was announced leg change to Willem II.
