Dassanowsky

Dassanowsky (also Dassanofsky, Dassanovsky ) is the name of the fictional Austrian branch of the Prussian- Polish noble family Taczanowski that belongs to the noble family of Jastrzębiec. The Dassanowskyweg in Vienna's Danube city serves as recognition of some historical family members.

Bearers of the name

Doubt

A noble family " of Dassanowsky " does not exist, it is therefore also in the " Adelslexikon " which appeared in Marburg in the series " Genealogical manual of the aristocracy ( GHdA ) " 1972-2008, not listed. The " Austrian branch " of the Lords and Counts of Taczanowski is invented. By the article, expansion of primogeniture " Franz Dassanow ( f) sky ) mentioned" " could arise no new aristocratic branch of the family. It said only that the loaned to Alfonso of Taczanowski earldom could be inherited only one of the oldest male descendant of the Counts. Since the first Earl Taczanowski but had no offspring, there was only this one count.

The inclusion of primogeniture in the "from Dassanowsky - articles" should probably be explained by the alleged leadership of the "of" in the Dassanow ( f) sky. In fact, they took her to the entries in the address books of Vienna from 1859 to 1917 no "from" (see below ) because they were not just noble and no branch of Taczanowski.

Leopold Johann Christian and Johann Nepomuk Dassanowsky Dassanowsky properly be mentioned in the above list without the "von ".

On the form of the name, especially on the alleged nobility of " Dassanowsky " therefore there are serious doubts. In the Vienna address books of the years 1859 - 1892 regularly appears Franz Dassanofsky, sometimes with "ff " is written, but not with "w", and in no single case but appears the word " of" or the letter "v. " before the name. Then only the widow Magdalene appears (not Magdalene) in the address books between 1893 and 1908.

Will appear in the address books of the Viennese years 1925-1942 Anna Dassanofsky ( "f ").

The Dassanowsky family (actually Dassanofsky ) is not historically verifiable as a noble family.

Since " Elfi " and " Robert" (from) Dassanowsky apparently consider themselves descendants of Franz Dassanofsky, their nobility is non-existent, whether they are at all related is because of the different spelling of the name in question. In addition, the nobility in German Austria was abolished in 1919. If the family were Dassanow ( f) sky have been noble, should no longer use the title of nobility today its members.

Honors

In 1997 ( 22nd District ) of Dassanowskyweg was named after the family Dassanowsky in Vienna Danube city.
