Data Becker

The Data Becker GmbH ( as a word mark in the spelling DATA BECKER ) is one of the oldest German IT specialist publishers as well as a company for software and computer accessories based in Dusseldorf.

History

The company, founded by brothers Achim Becker and Harald Becker, sons of the Dusseldorf car dealer William Becker, initially as a specialist in computer accessories on January 7, 1981 entry in 1983, the publishing business one after home computers like the C64 were commercially successful, and since published software IT literature and computer magazines. In the 1980's, Data Becker, among other detectives against pirates one.

1984 Data Becker was the largest computer specialist publisher of the Federal Republic, which had a turnover of 39 million marks. Products

In the software Data Becker published today, especially programs for Internet projects ( web sites, online store, community) and private (system tools, printers and software, "Golden Series"). The publisher publishes computer books for users and technical books on topics such as digital photography.
