David Einhorn (hedge fund manager)

David Einhorn ( born November 20, 1968) is an American hedge fund manager.

Life

Unicorn completed until 1987, the Nicolet High School in Glendale (Wisconsin ). He received in 1991 from the College of Arts and Sciences, Cornell University BA in Government with distinction summa cum laude. Einhorn was a member of the fraternity Sigma Alpha Epsilon at Cornell University.

In 1996, Einhorn Greenlight Capital, a hedge fund, since approximately 20 % return earned per year (as of 2012). He is president of Greenlight Capital and Chairman of Greenlight Capital Re, Ltd..

Unicorn deserves according to media reports currently about 80 million U.S. dollars per year and has an estimated fortune of 1.1 billion U.S. dollars ( 2012).
