David Herman

David Herman ( born February 20, 1967 in New York City, New York ) is an American actor and voice actor.

Life

Herman grew up in Washington Heights and graduated in 1987 from high school. He attended an acting school. He had in 1989 4 Road Home and Born on July His first feature film appearances. Between 1995 and 1998 he played in 54 episodes of the comedy series MADtv, an offshoot of the U.S. Mad magazine.
