David Hogan (snooker player)

David Hogan ( born May 7, 1988) is an Irish snooker player.

Career

Hogan qualified as EBSA Amateur European Champion 2009 for the Snooker Main Tour season 2009/10. However, during the season, he won only two of their opening matches and finished the season in 85th place, which was not sufficient for the defense of his place on the professional tour.

In the following season as an amateur, he was able to gamble on first place in the national rating of Ireland a new Main Tour ticket. The 2011/12 season began relatively good for him: In the qualifying for the Shanghai Masters 2011 he scored two victories. However, the rest of the 2011 calendar year, his performances stagnated; for almost all PTC tournaments and ranking tournament qualifiers he lost his opening match.
