David L. Lindsey

David Lance Lindsey ( born November 6, 1944 in Kingsville, Texas ) is an American author of detective novels and thrillers.

Life

Lindsey grew up on the Rio Grande; near the city of San Angelo. He studied under English Literature at the University of North Texas.

1970 could be Lindsey down in Austin. As an editor, he oversaw there some smaller publishers and later founded the well itself Verlag Heidelberg Publishers. During this time he also married.

In addition to his profession Lindsey began in the late 1980s to write itself and 1983, he was successful with his novel A cold mind debut. More novels followed, and when they were also successful, Lindsey gave up his profession and devoted himself only to writing.
