David Toledo

David Toledo ( born April 18, 1982 in Barrio de la Sociedad, Oaxaca ) is a Mexican footballer who acts in midfield.

Life

His first game in the Mexican Primera División denied Toledo for his longtime club Club Universidad Nacional on 21 October 2001 in a home game against the Reboceros La Piedad, which was won 2-1. His first goal in La Liga, he scored on the 25th January 2004, for a 1-0 lead in a 3-0 win against Atlas Guadalajara. In the same year he won with Pumas both championship titles - both the Clausura 2004 and Apertura 2004 - as well as the Mexican Super Cup and the unofficial but prestigious Trofeo Santiago Bernabeu.

In summer 2007, he joined the CF Atlante, with whom he won the championship of the Apertura 2007 at first. A year later he returned to the Cougars and won with them its fourth championship in the Clausura 2009, before he moved immediately after this triumph to the Tigres de la UANL, with which he won in 2011 his fifth championship title in the Apertura.
