The Dearborn River is a tributary of the Missouri River, approximately 113 km long, in western Montana in the United States.

It rises in the Lewis and Clark National Forest, near the Scapegoat Mountain on the Continental Divide in the Rocky Mountains of western Lewis and Clark County. It flows generally in a southeasterly direction through inaccessible canyons and flows Craig in Missouri.

It is crossed by the historic half-timbered bridge Dearborn River High Bridge, which was built in 1897.

The river is suitable for whitewater rafting and fly fishing. He is a Class I river for recreational purposes from the bridge on Highway 431 to the mouth.
