Defensa y Justicia

Club Social y Deportivo Defensa y Justicia, short Defensa y Justicia is an Argentine football club based in Florencio Varela Partido, Buenos Aires. The club founded in 1935, plays in the 2008 season in the Nacional B, the second division in Argentina's football.

History

Although the club was founded in 1935, it was until 1977 was allowed to take the club compete for the first time in the fünftklassigen Primera D Metropolitana. In 1982 followed with the rise in the Primera C Metropolitana, the next step up. Already in 1985 it was finally time, and the rise in the third-class Primera B Metropolitana was reached. Just a year later tried and failed to walkover in the Nacional B, the second- highest league of Argentina, where she still play.

In 1981, the club colors of blue and white were changed to yellow-green because those colors of the team sponsor, a local bus company were.

Stadium

Defensa y Justicia plays its home games at the Estadio Norberto "Tito" Tomaghello in Buenos Aires. The stadium has a capacity of 8,000 spectators and was built in 1978.
