Dele Adeleye

Ayodele " Dele " Adeleye ( born December 25, 1988 in Lagos, Nigeria) is a Nigerian football player.

Career

He began his career with the Nigerian Shooting Stars FC. As a central defender, he participated in the Junior World Cup in 2005, where his team finished second. Due to its good performance European clubs were aware of him and he joined in 2006 as a 17 -year-old Sparta Rotterdam. In 2008, he stood in the Olympic team of his country and won the silver medal at the Olympic Games in Beijing. Since 2009 he plays in the Nigerian senior national team. In summer 2010, he participated in the World Cup in South Africa. With only one point Nigeria difference in the preliminary round as Table from where Adeleye was not used.

After the World Cup, he moved to Metalurg Donetsk.
