Demissie Wolde

Demissie Wolde ( born March 8, 1937) is a former Ethiopian marathon runner.

In 1964 he finished tenth in the Olympic Games in Tokyo. In 1968 he arrived at Fukuoka Marathon on the 13th Place and in 1969 he won the Kosice Marathon with his personal best of 2:15:37 h at the Olympic Games in Munich in 1972 he ran a on the 18th Place.

His older brother, Mamo Wolde was 1968 Olympic champion in the marathon.
