Democratic People's Party (Ghana)

The Democratic People's Party (DPP, Democratic People's Party) is a major political opposition party in Ghana.

In the elections of 2000 and 2004, the DPP was formed with the National Democratic Congress ( NDC National Democratic Congress ) and the Party Every Ghanaian Living Everywhere ( EGLE, such as " every Ghanaians wherever he lives " ), the Progressive Alliance (, Progress Alliance '), their presidential candidate John Atta Mills of the NDC. The DPP NDC candidate strongly supported the campaign against John Agyekum Kufuor of the New Patriotic Party ( New Fatherland Party ). In the respective parliamentary elections in 2000 and 2004 occurred in the respective constituencies of the candidates of the DPP.
