Dennis Rogan, Baron Rogan

Dennis Robert David Rogan, Baron Rogan (* June 30, 1942 in Banbridge ) is a Northern Irish politician of the Ulster Unionist Party in Northern Ireland. He was 2004-2006 president of the party.

He was raised as Baron Rogan for Life Peer in 1999. He sits as a cross Bencher in the House of Lords, although he is considered a leader of the UUP.

He is the son of Robert and Florence Rogan.

Lord Rogan is the founder and CEO of Dennis Rogan & Associates, a Teppichgarnhandelsunternehmen and founder and CEO of Associated Processors Ltd. , A Jutehersteller, as well as board of stakeholder Communications Ltd., Director of Events Management Ltd. and Deputy Chief Executive of Independent News & Media (NI ) Ltd.

He is a member of the Supervisory Board of Independent News & Media, Patron of The Somme Association and " friend " of the Salvation Army.

Lord Rogan is an Honorary Colonel of the 40th ( Ulster ) Signals Regiment.
