Deployment diagram
A distribution diagram ( engl. deployment diagram ) is one of the 14 chart types in the Unified Modeling Language ( UML), a modeling language for software and other systems. The distribution diagram is one of the diagrams of static modeling. It is used to display the distribution of components to compute nodes.
The distribution diagram is a structural diagram: it shows a particular view of the structure of the modeled system. The presentation typically includes this computer nodes, components, artifacts, occurrence specifications, connections and distribution relationships.
