Desktop Tower Defense

Desktop Tower Defense is a flash based browser game from the tower defense genre. It was presented by Paul Preece in March 2007 for the first time to the public. The game was played until July 2007, more than 15 million times. Thus it was in 2007 among the top 10 of Webware. Desktop Tower Defense has an interface in English, Spanish, German, French, or Italian.

The game generates an annual turnover in the six figures and won at the 2008 Independent Games Festival the first Gleemie Award.
