Diamond Tree

The Diamond Tree ( engl. Diamond Tree ) is a giant Karribaum 10 km south of Manjimup, Western Australia on the South Western Highway.

In 52 meters, there is a built in 1939 and wooden viewing platform. It is the oldest wooden Brandausguck, which is still in use today.

The Diamond Tree is one of three climbing trees in the Southern Forests and was used from 1941 to 1972 every summer as Brandausguck. The tower is still used by the Department of Environment & Conservation (DEC ) to support air monitoring from time to time. It is 51 meters high and is known for its spectacular views over the trees.
