The Wedding of Länneken is a German feature film by Heiner Carow DEFA from the year 1964. It is based on the novel by Herbert neighbor, who was also involved in the screenplay.

Action

On the island Länneken in Bodden there in the cold winter of 1929 a dispute that continues to the present day: at that time starved fishermen and Heinrich Pröpping, called "king" and John Grabe, called "Admiral", discovered that they both have the had received use permit for one of the richest fishing fishing grounds. Production
