Dieter Dekelver

Dieter Dekelver ( born August 17, 1979 in Beringen ) is a Belgian footballer. The striker currently plays for the Belgian Erstdivisionär KVC Westerlo.

Dekelver began his career at the age of seven years at the now-defunct football club Eendracht Gerhees Oostham and joined with twelve years in the youth department of the SK Lommel, where he played in the second division, among others, from 1997 to 2002. In January 2003, he joined the KFC Strombeek, after the merger with the RWD Molenbeek was to FC Brussels in the same year. When the club in 2004 rose to the First League, Dekelver left the team and moved to Cercle Brugge. There Dekelver was successful and was top scorer of his team. From January 2007 to the summer of 2012 played Dekelver with the shirt number 7 for the KVC Westerlo. In the summer of 2012, he finally moved to the second highest Belgian football league to Lommel United.
