Dieter Hulliger

Dieter Hulliger is a former Swiss orienteers.

Hulliger participated in seven World Championships 1968-1979. His best results in the single reached Hulliger 1970, when he finished third behind Norwegian Stig mountains and Karl John from Switzerland. In 1972, he came in fourth place and with the season he reached in a team with Dieter Wolf, Bernhard Marti and John Karl second place behind the team in Sweden. In the following years the Swiss season always missed the podium, three fourth and a fifth place Hulliger could achieve with the squadron at this time yet.

With their five Swiss Championships Dieter Hulliger is based on the classic long- distance record title holder.

2009 Hulliger was made an honorary member of the Swiss Orienteering Federation Swiss Orienteering.
