Digital nomad

A Digital Nomad (also: Internet Nomad ) is an entrepreneur or employee who applies almost exclusively to its digital technology to do work and leads a lifestyle that is not likely to be described as settled.

Digital nomads typically operate with remote Internet technology - from home, in a hotel, coffee, internet cafe or in public libraries. My work is mostly where internet access is.

In general, it is about knowledge workers who can perform their jobs thanks to the Internet, regardless of a particular place. The jobs of the digital nomads are very diverse. Many operate websites or blogs and monetize content through advertising or selling digital products. Also, the operation of information portals, online communities and forums counts in this category. Others are working as writers or translators. A large number of digital nomads is resident in online marketing, affiliate marketing or e-commerce. Also technical professions such as graphic designers, web designers and software developers are best suited for a life as a digital nomad. Other nomads earn their livelihood through project-based work, consulting or lectures. These rarely require a specific whereabouts. Many photographers are among the digital nomads.

Digital nomads necessarily use new technologies such as smartphones, tablet PCs, WiFi, and web-based applications to perform their lifestyle. Typically, they earn an income, wherever they are located. Digital nomads often work from cafes, coworking spaces, hostels and other locations with WiFi. Countries with well-developed technical infrastructure are thus preferred traveled digital nomad, so they can continue to pursue your employment.
