Dimitrios Eleftheropoulos

Dimitrios Eleftheropoulos (Greek Δημήτρης Ελευθερόπουλος, born August 7, 1976 in Athens ) is a Greek goalkeeper. He is 1.90 m tall and weighs 83 kg and currently plays for AC Siena.

Eleftheropoulos began his career as a professional football player in 1995 at the Greek club Proodefteki FC before moving to the then Greek champions Olympiakos Piraeus 1996. 2004 wrote Eleftheropoulos then a contract with the Italian team FC Messina, where, however, he made ​​only 10 games. Since the beginning of the season 2005/ 06 is Eleftheropoulos goalkeeper AS Roma. For the season 2006/ 07 the Greek for Serie A club Ascoli Calcio and a year later moved to AC Siena.
