Don DaGradi

Don Dagradi (* 1911 in New York City; † August 4, 1991 in Friday Harbor, Washington) was an American screenwriter.

Life

Dagradi worked from the 1950s up to the 70s for the Walt Disney Studios. He wrote, among other things, on the scripts to Lady and the Tramp (1955 ), Mary Poppins (1964) and The daredevil flying witch in her bed (1971). Dagradi was nominated in 1964 with the film Mary Poppins in the category " Best Screenplay on the literary text " for an Oscar.

1991 Dagradi was officially declared a Disney Legend.
