Don Snow

The Catch was an English pop duo.

Band History

Don Snow first played at ' sinceros ', ' squeeze ' and Lene Lovich. Andy Duncan was a veteran studio musician who worked for David Bowie, Wham!, Madness, John Martyn and Toyah. In the spring of 1983, learned the two musicians who shared a love for dance music, familiar studio recordings. They formed a team and put back their solo projects.

In the same year she published as 'The Catch' the first single 25 Years, was at the Snow's falsetto trademark. The text is about a farmer who has worked hard all his life and is then sentenced to 25 years in prison for a small theft. In Germany 400,000 singles sold in the UK, the project was unsuccessful.

Thereupon Snow and Duncan separated in the fall of 1983 due to musical differences. For Duncan came Chris Whitten. Their common debut gave me the two 1984 Under the Skin of the single and the album Balance of wires. Funk, swing and pop were increasingly integrated with other projects, great success but no longer put on.

As Jonn Savannah Don Snow today produces music for meditation.
