Dong Yun

Dǒng Yǔn (董 允) ( † 246) was a minister of Shu Han during the Three Kingdoms in ancient China.

He has been a lifetime friend of the talented Fei Yi officials. With him, he served as an assistant from 221 of the Crown Prince Liu Shan after Liu had When proclaimed himself emperor.

Dong Yun Zhuge Liang's work under reign is not documented. It is believed that he served at court, while Zhuge Liang was on military campaigns.

After Zhuge Liang's death in 234, he was placed under Fei Yi continued to be underpinned internal affairs. Fei Yi was admired that he always took only the morning for the political -day management. As Dong Yun followed him into the 243 position ( Assistant to the regent ), he soon realized that he did not succeed. He had to work all day and admired Fei Yi's abilities.

At the court he he also knew the harmful influence of the eunuch Huang Hao to the Emperor. He warned Liu Shan to him and Huang Hao warned repeatedly, but it did not help. By Huang Hao corruption grew in the imperial court.

After the death of the regent Jiang Wan (245 ) Fei Yi Dong Yun chose to be his assistant, but Dong died shortly afterwards.
