Dongping County

Dongping county (Chinese东平县, Pinyin Dongping Xiàn ) is a county in Shandong. He belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Tai'an.

The stone sculptures of Baifoshan - rock grottos ( Baifoshan Shiku Zaoxiang白 佛山 石窟 造像) and the Hongdingshan Rock inscriptions ( Hongdingshan moya洪 顶 山 摩崖) are on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China since 2001 and 2006 respectively.
