Dorsa Burnet

The Dorsa Burnet is a group of ridges ( Dorsa ) on the Earth's moon.

It is located on the northern hemisphere at 28 ° 24 'N / 57 ° W in the plane of Oceanus Procellarum between the craters in the West and Schiaparelli Herodotus in the east. In the north, it affects the Montes Agricola and extends a little further to the north- west, between and parallel to Dorsa Whiston and Dorsum Scilla.

It was named after the British geoscientist Thomas Burnet in 1976.
