Dorylas Moreau

Dorylas Moreau ( born July 15, 1947 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada), Bishop of Rouyn -Noranda.

Life

Dorylas Moreau received on 20 May 1972, the sacrament of Holy Orders and was incardinated in the clergy of the diocese of Sainte -Anne -de- la- Pocatière.

On 30 November 2001, Pope John Paul II appointed Bishop of Rouyn -Noranda. Emeritus Bishop of Rouyn -Noranda, Jean -Guy Hamelin, donated to him on March 2, 2002, the episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were the Archbishop of Sherbrooke, André Gaumond, and the Bishop of Sainte -Anne -de- la- Pocatière, Clément Fecteau.
