History

DOVO Solingen was established in 1906 after the name of the company bosses as " Dorp & Voos ". From the pure razor factory with forge and hollow grinding developed Fritz Bracht, who took over the company from 1936, a fabrication of fine cutlery with scissors, pliers and pocket knives. Through the acquisition of additional brands, the program was extended to Rasierbedarf and focus quality Manicure. In today independent family of Bracht and cherry family headquarters in Solingen is predominantly handmade on.
