Downsyde

Downsyde is a hip- hop band from the Western Australian city of Perth.

History

Downsyde originated from a school band of the two MCs Scott Griffiths (MC Optamus ) and Shahbaz Rind (MC Dyna- mikes ) the first time in 1996 occurred in a student competition. Later, a third MC, Darren Reutens (MC Dazastah ), as well as the DJ Damien Allia joined (DJ Army ), the drummer Salvatore Pizzata and keyboardist Matt Cheetham ( Cheeky ) of the group. Downsyde denied for four years exclusively live performances. In 2000 they released a debut album with recordings of the past four years.
