Recording form

Depending on your experience in guiding a dream diary varies the shape of the recording of fragments of memory to formulated experience reports. Not only dream action and details of the dream landscape are considered important, but also the mood during the dream should be recorded.

Since the memory of a dream after waking particularly in inexperienced dreamers is often highly volatile, it is considered by some to be helpful dreamers, only to write down immediately after waking keywords, or use a tape recorder or an MP3 player with recording function.
