The Dreisbach is a 4.4 km long, orographic right tributary of the Bröl in North Rhine -Westphalia, Germany. The creek rises in the north of the village Eischeid at an altitude of 218 m above sea level. NN and flows over Neunkirchen, scorn and flows Ingersau to 108 m above sea level. NN on the right side in the Bröl. On his way to the creek overcomes a difference in altitude of 110 m, corresponding to an average bed slope of 25 ‰. The Dreisbach drains an area of 5.418 km ².
