Dromahair (Irish Droim Thiar DHA ) is a village in County Leitrim in the Republic of Ireland. There are two possible meanings in Irish names: the first, Droim Áth Thiar, means " hill on the western ford " and refers to the location on the River Bonet. The second, Droim dhá Eithiar, means " hill of the two demons ". The village has 748 inhabitants ( as of 2011).

Dromahair located on the banks of the River Bonet near the eastern shore of Lough Gill. This used to be the seat of O'Rourke, kings of Brefnie. In the village there are still the remains of a castle, just outside the ruins of the monastery Creevelea, as well as Park 's Castle. Since the 1990s, the place was severely affected by the construction boom in Ireland; there were built several hundred houses, a number of which is empty. There are in Dromahair some stores, a pharmacy, a post office, a kindergarten, a primary school and a library.

The town is located 17 km from Sligo and 10 km from Manorhamilton away. Previously, the place was connected with a railway line to Enniskillen and Sligo, now there is an occasional bus service to Sligo.
