Dubai Opera House

The Dubai Opera House is the new cultural center of the new Dubai district The Lagoons in Downtown Dubai. The construction of the Opera has already begun (as of January 2013), and the opera is designed to provide 2500 people. The Opera House also houses a theater with 800 seats and an art gallery with 5000 square meters. The opera house is built on an island in Dubai Creek and is also a six -star hotel and two libraries obtained.

The opera is to be designed by the architect Zaha Hadid and Patrik Schumacher the Germans.
