Dubai Towers Istanbul

The " Dubai Towers Istanbul " are two planned skyscraper whose construction documents were on 24 October 2005, signed by the Executive Board of Sama Dubai Holding, Muhammed El- Gergavi, and the current Mayor of Istanbul, Kadir Topbaş. The building permit has been made ​​yet. Sama Dubai, the city of Istanbul come together to invest, the city as a land owner contributes a share of 20 %.

The towers will be 300 and 250 meters high. The higher of the two towers is to receive 101 floors and would therefore be at the scheduled completion in 2009, the tallest building in Turkey and the fourth highest in Europe.

The twin towers are to be erected on the site of a former municipal bus depots in the Büyükdere Avenue in the European district of Levent. There are already more high-rise buildings, the İş Bank Towers, currently the tallest building in Turkey in the surrounding area. On a neighboring property is currently being built the high-rise " Sapphire of Istanbul ", which will be 261 meters high.

The floors of both towers will house mainly luxury apartments and a hotel. The base area is to develop a shopping center.

Currently, the project will not be pursued.
