Dungarpur State

Dungarpur (Hindi: डूंगरपुर, Dungarpur ) was one of the princely states of Rajputs in present-day Rajasthan ( British India ), named after the capital of the same name. The Prince of Dungarpur from the Sisodia dynasty descended from the princes of Mewar. Founded in 1197 Rawal Samant Singh, the eldest son of the Rana of Mewar, a separate princely state.
