The breakpoint Dürrenwaid is located on the Unterrodach Valley Railway. It was built in 1901 at km 23.37, about three kilometers west of the village Dürrenwaid in the municipal area of the market Nordhalben in Bavaria.

The office building is a single storey building verbretterter. To top it concludes with a flat, slate-roofed gable roof.

The loading tracks at the station served up in the 1980s as a loading area of school furniture factory AMA and the TV manufacturers Graetz.

On 30 May 1976, the passenger has been set on the track, the loading tracks were dismantled on 29 April 1985.

Long-term use of the building as a holiday home by a native of Berlin family preserved it from demolition. After the takeover by the railway friends Unterrodach Valley Railway, it serves as the clubhouse and operating buildings for since September 2007 operated on the line heritage railway.
