Dzong architecture

Dzong is the name for Buddhist monastery fortresses in Bhutan and Tibet and, to a lesser extent, in other Tibetan areas marked in the Himalayas (eg, Ladakh and Sikkim ). Based on the corresponding, their associated administrative units are often called Dzong.
