Edmunds Sprūdžs

Edmunds Sprūdžs ( born June 21, 1980 in Riga) is a Latvian politician.

Sprūdžs studied business administration in Switzerland and Wales. He was a board member and regional representative of the company HansaWorld. In 2011 he was a founding member of Zatlers Reform Party. Surprisingly, he was placed on the elections of the 11th Saeima as a candidate for the office of Prime Minister. On October 25, 2011, he was Minister of Environmental Protection and Regional Development in the Cabinet Dombrovskis III. On August 30, 2013 he announced his resignation until 1 December 2013.
