Eduard Pană

Eduard Pană ( born May 28, 1944 in Bucharest ) is a former Romanian professional ice hockey player who has played his entire career for Dinamo Bucharest.

Career

Eduard Pană spent his entire club career in his hometown at Dinamo Bucharest, for which he ran aground in the Romanian Hockey League from 1968 to 1979. With his team he won in this period, five -time national champion title (1971, 1972, 1973, 1976 and 1979 ). In 1998, he became the first Romanian ever in the IIHF Hall of Fame.

Internationally

For Romania Pană participated in the C world championships in 1963, 1964, 1965, 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973, 1974, 1975 and 1977 and the B World Cup 1976. In addition, he was in the squad of his country at the Olympic Winter Games in 1964 in Innsbruck and in 1968 in Grenoble and at the Olympic Winter Games in 1976, which were held again in Innsbruck.
