Edward Garnier

Edward Garnier ( born October 26, 1952 in Wuppertal ) is a British politician of the Conservative Party. He is a member of the House of Commons for the electoral district of Harborough since 1992.

Garnier attended the Wellington College in Berkshire, Jesus College, Oxford and the College of Law in London. In April 1992, he was first elected to the House of Commons. From 2010 to 2012 he held the office of Solicitor General in England and Wales.

Garnier is married and has three children, two sons and a daughter.
