Edward Samuel Rogers

Edward Samuel "Ted" Rogers, Jr. ( born May 27, 1933, Toronto, Ontario, † December 2, 2008 in Toronto, Ontario ) was a Canadian businessman and the President and CEO of Rogers Communications. With regard to his property, he was the fifth richest man in Canada.

His father Edward Samuel Rogers Sr. is highly regarded as the founder of the eponymous company, which further led Rogers Jr., after the early death of his father at age 38. With the establishment of a new radio and television company, he expanded the business.
