El Hamma al Jerid is a small group of oasis settlements in the Tunisian Governorate Tozeur Tozeur north of the city in the countryside of Djerid. The place name comes from Hamma for bath and is based on the natural artesian source spills.

In the oasis lived in 1974 about 2800 people. The ancestral population belongs to the group of nomads Hammama.
