EDSAC (Electronic Delay Storage Automatic Calculator ) was a British high-performance computer from the year 1949., The tube computer was developed by Maurice V. Wilkes and his team in Cambridge.

In the computer some time new concepts have been used, for the first time, the Von Neumann architecture has been implemented, and he was the first computer that used the stored programs. EDSAC was based on Neumann's EDVAC computer. There was a commercial version named LEO 1 ( Lyons Electronic Office ).

On it ran in 1952 was probably the first computer game OXO, which was a kind of Tic Tac Toe.
