Elisabet Gustafson

Karin Elisabet Gustafson ( born 2 May 1964 in Umeå as Elisabet Johansson ) is a Swedish curler.

Gustafson played as Skip in 1992, 1993, 1995 and 1997 and 2000 for a total of six European Curling Championships. They won in 1992, 1993, 1997 and 2000, the gold medal, a silver medal in 1996 and 1995 the bronze medal.

In the curling world championship Gustafson played from 1992 to 1996 and from 1998 to 2000 for the Swedish team. Up to 1996, as she was the replacement player, Gustafson played as Skip in the tournaments. The gold medal she won in the years 1992, 1995, 1998 and 1999 and the bronze medal in 1993 and 1994.

In 1998, Gustafson at the Olympic Winter Games in Nagano. The team won the bronze medal by a score of 10:6 against Great Britain in the match for third place also as Skip Gustafson took part in the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. Here the team finished sixth.

Gustafson is married to the former speed skater Tomas Gustafson.
