Elisabeth Seitz

Elisabeth Seitz (born 4 November 1993, Heidelberg ) is a German gymnast.

Life

Seitz lived in Altlußheim and attended the Ludwig- Frank -Gymnasium in Mannheim, where she graduated in 2013 with the Abitur. She does gymnastics in the TG Mannheim in the 1st Bundesliga. Most successes they achieved on the uneven bars, the floor exercise and in the all around. She is a member of the German squad of the German Gymnastics Federation and the national team since 2004. 2011 Gymnastics element was named after her on the uneven bars. The Seitz was the first member for 26 years, which was named after a German gymnast. Seitz was Vice European Champion in the all around at the European Championships 2011. At the Olympic Games in London, she came in sixth place on bars and tenth place in the all around. 2013 she won the overall title of the World Cup.

Seitz is Lance Corporal of sports promotion group in Todnau / Fahl, where she voluntarily makes military service for at least one year. She lives in Lower bei Deidesheim.
